Shipping & Delivery Policy
We process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 2–5 business days after successful payment. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service but typically ranges between 5–10 business days across India.
- Shipping charges: Displayed at checkout, if applicable.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order ships.
- Delays: NylonStamp.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Payment mode: We accept online prepaid payments only. There is no Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the order enters the processing stage. Once the order status changes to processing (i.e., when stamp production / stamp-making starts), cancellation is no longer possible, because each stamp is customized and production has begun.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at nylonstamp7@gmail.com with your order ID. If the order is already processing or has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be honored.
Return & Refund Policy
We inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at nylonstamp7@gmail.com.
Eligible Returns
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defect
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized stamps (unless defective or incorrect)
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
Refund process: Once a return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Privacy Policy (Summary)
Your privacy is important to us. We collect minimal personal data — such as name, contact number, email, and shipping address — only to process and deliver orders and to communicate with you regarding your purchase.
- Payment security: All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do NOT store or have access to your card or bank details.
- Usage: Collected information is used for order fulfillment, customer service, and order-related updates.
- Third parties: We do not sell or rent personal information. We share details only with service providers necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., courier partners, payment processor).
